[TYPO3-core] Speed up of page cache

For next time I suggest you post such ideas to the dev list:
- Keeps the traffic on this site low (it's hard to follow it if you want to
  keep track of all changes)
- More people are reading the dev list which probably means more feedback
  about how it could be changed.

Anyway, I'm looking forward for such a change if it really results in such a
good speed-up.
