[TYPO3-core] Big problem: rtehtmlarea doesn't work in Beta1

It is the position of the Free Software Foundation that "modified BSD" 
is compatible with GPL. See: 
http://www.fsf.org/licensing/licenses/index_html 
This is because the "modified BSD" license is very permissive. Software 
published under the "modified BSD" may be re-used in proprietary 
software as well as in software distributed under the GPL. The reverse 
is not true: software released under GPL cannot be re-distributed under 
a "modified BSD" license.

Regarding the no-endorsement clause, see: 
http://www.catb.org/~esr/Licensing-HOWTO.html#compatibility. The clause 
does not restrict any right granted by GPL.

The modified htmlArea scripts included in the htmlArea RTE extension may 
thus be published under GPL. This also implies that the modified scripts 
included in the extension may be re-distributed only under GPL.

I have modified the license notices included in each script of the 
extension accordingly. In the case of modified scripts originally 
released under the "modified BSD" license, I added to the standard TYPO3 
notice, a reference to the original license:

*  This script is a modified version of a script published under the 
htmlArea License.
*  A copy of the htmlArea License may be found in the textfile 
HTMLAREA_LICENSE.txt.

If anyone sees any counter-indication to this approach, please let us know.
