No

readonly is a property of 'config'

I suggest to place it in the 'config' row after 'form_type' while it is a 
field-UNspecific property. 
Another solution can be to place it in all field type sections.

BTW. I noticed that there's alreay a "readOnly" (notice the studdly caps) 
property for a whole table. So I will change "readonly" to "readOnly". I do 
this when committing other TCEForms stuff.
So please change the docs accordingly.
