It would be cool to have some kind of predefined extension lists/set's
which contain at least a list of the actually delivered extensions.

One can choose one option out of the list and all extensions will get downloaded
(not installed). To avoid php timeouts this could be done by ouputting an
Location:
header and exit() the script and let the next call download the next extension
(create some kind of chain - which can possibly be interrupted)
