[TYPO3-core] Post-Cleanup of Symlink changes

Just FYI. I took the liberty to commit this even though only René has
approved it.

The Core API and the Install manual already contain descriptions for it.
However they will need to be revised to fit with the new situation. I will
check them in detail after RC1...
