[TYPO3-core] Poll: 4.1 and PHP version

Hi!

According to Michael Stucki 4.0 works only on PHP 4.3 because of some EM 
changes but IMHO besides of this glitch it should do fine on PHP 4.1. OTOH 
no complaints have been heard, so we can assume there is little demand for 
PHP 4.1 now. Note that the steering comittee does not want a PHP 5.0 
dependency for the 4.x branch.

Question:

Shall TYPO3 4.1 depend offically on PHP 4.3.x?
