[TYPO3-core] Vote: Ready for new patch version?

You can commit after voting *until* the RC is ready. This is a little space of 
1-2 days which you can use to ultimately commit your pending stuff...

I believe it should be at 30th of September, but you still have the 
opportunity to vote -1 then...
