[TYPO3-core] RFC: Web>List feature "edit marked" doesn't work with localized record

Could some (two people) confirm the problem and the fix? I'd like to add it 
in 4.0.2, so we can add a "Fix issues with localized records in Web>List" 
in NEWS.txt
