[TYPO3-core] RFC: Web>List feature "edit marked" doesn't work with localized record

Hi!

This is a SVN patch request.

Branch: trunk / TYPO3_4-0

Problem: In "localization view" only records in the default language are 
recognized for "edit marked". Clicking only translated records results in 
editing all records of the default language (because to TYPO3 no records 
are selected).

Solution: Add list of non-default records to the list of edit ids.
