[TYPO3-core] RFC: Remove netPrintApplicationLink from tslib_content

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
This seems to be a proprietary feature which has been created for an extension 
called "netprint". However this is not available in TER.

Solution:
I would like to remove this property because it seems this was never used at 
all. However, I'm waiting for Kaspers comment here since he seems to be the 
only one who knows about this extension.
