[TYPO3-core] Please test: 4.0rc4 (=4.0 final?)

Dear all,

it has been requested that 4.0rc4 will be released. Other than planned, we 
will do so BUT it is at the same time ready to be renamed to 4.0 final.

So this version is the final version unless something with a very good reason 
will be discovered by some of you.

Otherwise, upload of 4.0 final will happen in a few hours...
