[TYPO3-core] RC3 Patch

Hi guys,

here's a patch with all the changes form latest CVS (you can still fetch
if from Sourceforge using anonymous CVS) to RC3.

If I didn't forget one of them, all patches from the list on
http://typo3.org/development/40rc2-to-rc3-patches/ should be included in
the attached rc3 patch.

It would be nice if someone could quickly look over it, check that there
is nothing wrong like accidental charset changes or not commented
debug() calls.
