[TYPO3-core] Gremlin #1081: hardcoded <p> tags inside table cells

Hi Sebastian,

suggestion:

Remove the hardcoded <p> tags from the PHP code but add
	tt_content.table.20.innerStdWrap.wrap = <p>|</p>
to the TS so nobody will notice the difference but can easily get rid of 
the <p> tags if he wants to.
