[TYPO3-core] TCEForms: <label> tags around icons for moving/deleting repetitive Flexform items

Hi guys,

This is a CVS patch request.

Type: Minor feature

Description:
My patch makes t3lib_tceforms render <label> tags around the icons for 
moving and deleting repetitive Flexform items.

In Firefox the <label> tags around the icons make the icons clickable so 
they trigger the checkbox, in IE the checkbox is highlighted when you 
mouseover the icon.

BTW: I think TYPO3 should use the <label for="id_of_field"></label> tag 
for all TCEForms - they are XHTML compliant and have semantical meaning.
