[TYPO3-core] Gremlin #1283: TCAdefaults is not recognized by the wizard "Create new pages"

The wizard "Create new pages" in Module "Functions" ignores all
TCAdefaults set for the current user.

Solution:
- TCAdefaults of user are taken into account from within the wizard.
