I agree you are right. I was publishing the beta in the night before I went
to ski holidays and was pretty sure that I did it the same way last time.
Next time, I'll know and will do it better. Sorry!

No I don't think that this is a problem. If someone uses CVS HEAD, he will
surely ask on the dev list why something is broken. In fact, all that is
broken is rtehtmlarea tstemplate which are both very new.

Exactly. Just make sure that only *one* person is working on this - I offer
to fix my mistake on my own. If that is ok for you, I'll commit all changes
after each step-release we are doing.
