[TYPO3-core] make db_list.php usable for backend modules

Hi Franz,

I guess everybody very much appreciated your efforts. It does sound very
usefull and a good improvement to me but I dont know if anybody is
capable to check this due to time-constraints. .

If you don't get any further feedback please open a bug-report on this
so we can keep track of it and it wont get lost here.
