This setup does not cope with multiple multi-domain settings:

sub1.domain-1.com
sub2.domain-1.com
sub1.domain-2.com
sub2.domain-1.com

But better than nothing. I requested it for 3.7 but I was turned down because of the multi-multi setup :-(
