[TYPO3-core] RFC: New Feature #0752: scope of BE- and FE-Cookie: can't cope with multidomain-setup

Description:
I'd like to have a SYS[cookieDomain] setting in localconf.php that if
set, will be used to set the cookie correctly. Otherwise you cannot
share sessions across subdomains.

Solution:
      * added install tool property: SYS[cookieDomain]
      * changed both places in t3lib_userauth
      * fixed an indentation error in t3lib_userauth at this place
        (somebody had spaces instead of tabs there)
