☠ debugged utf8 / charset issues on T3CON11 site with Karsten
✔ developed additional debugging functionality (exception reference code) for debugging T3CON11 site issues

ℹ As we discovered a few more bugs yesterday, it didn't make sense to release. All of them seem to be solved now, so we'll try to release today.

➜ each non-trivial change must be backed by one or more tests (you decide, but be honest)
