✔ Packaging the distribution now uses SURF3
✔ tested and deployed on CI server
ℹ we don't generate the release XML for flow3.typo3.org yet (which includes the MD5 sums of the files)

☠ tackled problems on the T3CON11 site
✔ reviewed more patches which need to go into beta1
✔ reviewed CLI patch by Bastian, which introduces new bugs unfortunately ...
