[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Open issues for 1.0 beta1

Hey everybody,

I just went through all our trackers, updated priorities and target
versions:

This list now IMHO contains everything which is relevant to 1.0 beta1;
with must-haves being required and should-haves being nice-to-have ;)

Feel free to pick stuff from this list :-)
