[TYPO3-team-core-v5] ExtJS and DocBookXLS optional?

DocBookXSLNS is not part of the distribution, are you confusing the DocumentationBrowser with it? As far as ExtJS is concerned, it is/was used in the TYPO3CR admin interface, nowhere else. Thus it could become optional, although if we have the admin interface back some day, it would be helpful.
