[TYPO3-team-core-v5] ExtJS and DocBookXLS optional?

Hi folks,

while checking out FLOW3 today I thought: Is it really necessary that DocBookXLS and ExtJS are part of the base distribution? I mean, do we really have any dependencies on these packages?

I'd say that if someone wants to render his own documentation, he should just check out the DocBook package and the same goes for ExtJS.

Opinions?
