[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Git migration and using gerrit - ready to go

Hi again.

To sum it up:
 * The codebase in git is the same as the one from SVN up to and including r4955.
 * Everything has been backed up at that state
 * Testing phase now really open

As agreed we will switch to using git and gerrit after the next sprint release, that is on August 23rd. I backed everything up so feel free to have a go at git and gerrit as if there was no tomorrow - get used to the tools while you can do so without fear of breaking stuff. :)

I will at some point announce an "end of testing phase" so I can synchronize the accumulated changes from SVN to git before the final switch.

The Phoenix Demo distribution is available there as well, but named Base - Robert and I decided the single difference between them two should be optimized away...

I'll have a look at that after I have sent this mail again, but please read it. It should explain all you need and if not I need that feedback from you. Bastian has tried the whole setup on Windows and will write some specific documentation on this.
