[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Git migration and using gerrit - ready to go

Hi everyone.

The FLOW3 base distribution and related packages have been migrated to git, you can see that at
 http://git.typo3.org
and clone that using the git protocol to get a read-only clone.

Furthermore everyone who logged in to typo3.org in the last 90 days should have a pre-configured account at
 https://review.typo3.org/
so try to log in there with your typo3.org user account. You should see your name, email and username all set up.

There is documentation on how to use git and gerrit available at
 http://forge.typo3.org/projects/team-forge/wiki/Working_with_Git_and_Gerrit_Code_Review

Please read and note down anything that is unclear...

It would be nice to have some scrum-like meeting tomorrow about this, but feel free to ping me in the jabber conference when I am around, I'll try to help out and answer any questions that may come up.

To make my life easier (currently needing to apply changes done in SVN to the git repositories), it would be cool to switch to git for FLOW3/Phoenix development ASAP, I'll migrate the Phoenix distribution(s) and related packages to git tomorrow.
