Nothing non-trivial will be taken into account.

I cannot tell you anymore how I learned about the issue (probably from http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=11018), but what I fixed was this one: http://forge.typo3.org/issues/3370
> So this issue could act as some kind of "test case" for the lawyers. I did not have signed any CLA, but my contribution got (probably) included in v5 code ... Ironically I also posted a test case for the above problem/bug on 19th of May 2009.
Never saw the testcase issue, so I assume I never saw your issue report and/or patch. If this was taken to lawyers, IMHO you could hardly prove I used your patch, as it is different from what I did to the code (no doc comments) and rather trivial. From the description in #11018 it becomes clear to any coder what needs to be done. No offense, btw.

Yes, we will not use non-trivial code, patches, designs or concepts unless a CLA has been signed. And without a signed CLA you will not get commit rights to any FLOW3 or Phoenix project we manage.
