There are no files yet in the Demo distribution, they need to be copied
over from the Base distribution and possibly adjusted.

Maybe it makes sense to move some universally usable stuff into a
seperate place in SVN and use svn:externals to pull it in, but it might
be too early to do that. Still seems to be in flux all that...

Nonono, simply phing -l, the root build file is build.xml in the
distributions toplevel directory, as usual.

We could move that, but then you'd *have* to give the file to phing...
