[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Hudson and Build Scripts?

Some questions:

1) Where are the Buildscripts and Property Files and configuration for 
the planned Hudson Builds? I reccomend to check them in the Distribution 
but in a seperate Folder (like Hudson) so that they could be checked out 
from Hudson directly (selfupdate)

I am not able to run the Build targets - how to run them- currently I get:

phing -f Buildfiles/Build.xml -l
Buildfile: 
/opt/local/apache2/htdocs/flow3_demo/Build/Phing/Buildfiles/Build.xml

BUILD FAILED
Error reading project file [wrapped: The default attribute of project is 
required]
Total time: 0.0465 seconds

Any help for testing welcome
