[TYPO3-bugs] Bugs resolution

hi list


today i found out that a bug that is a pain in the ass for me has been mark as 
resolve and commited to the trunk but it never been added to any version of TYPO3.

this is the bug i'm talking about:

i find it strange that the bug was commited to the trunk but never integrated to 
any releases since the commit to the trunk is from 21.05.09 09:52

can anybody explain to my why the patch is not yet in a release?
