[TYPO3-bugs] Bug #5338: Problem Installing Suggested Extensions

Bug #5338 is a simple copy/paste error that prevents suggested 
extensions from being installed.  The code is identical to that for 
extension dependencies and the error results from using the key from a 
dependency rather than a suggestion.

If anyone is able to review the patch and commit it, I would appreciate it.
