[Typo3-bugs] New Mantis version = crap?

I wonder what those Mantis guys have changed in their software - since the
last upgrade, there are so many things that make problems which worked so
fine before...

- "Monitor bug" applied for all users seems to be possible because of a bug
- Searching does not work:
    reset filter, search something, find nothing.
    clear the search field, find only one issue although all of them should
    be displayed...)
- Permissions seem to have changed (according to Sebastians mail this worked
  different before...)

Any ideas?

I think especially the search issue is serious - can anybody reproduce my
experiences?
