Has been changed. But I still vote for duplicates being closed - they can be 
closed, even if their "original" is still open. Marking a duplicate as 
resolved might make people think they are resolved in the sense of "fixed".

Another point about resolved/closed: If a bug is resolved, does it stay 
resolved, or is it ever closed (e.g. if the fix is confirmed to work)?
