1. Use notifications so you don't have to discover things by chance
(this probably depends on the new Mantis version to be installed)
2. Write shorter mails to Kasper
3. Have an agreed workflow so bugs *may* get fixed faster than now
I just created http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Bugfixing_Team so that we
get the guidelines done, and I expect that automagically everything will
become a lot better ;)
Please contribute, and @Stucki: How many people are we in this list, or
bugfixers in general?
