[Typo3-bugs] Bugfixing workflows

Hi fixers!

here's how bugfixing worked for me until now:

First:
  - I discover by chance some bugs which people like Michael Scharkow
    have already created patches for
  - Fix some bugs on my own

Then:
  - I commit EASY and SMALL bugfixes directly without asking Kasper first
  - I send a long mail to Kasper with a summary of each bug I find which
    has already got a ready-made patch.
  - Kasper replies usually like this:

> Fine with me, just go fix.
> 
> - kasper

What do you think about that workflow, do you see ways for improvement.
