[Typo3-bugs] Close vs. Resolved

Hi all,

>when should we "close" a bug, when resolve it? Do we already have a guideline

i think, we should think about it like in a ticket system: we close it, 
if it is:

a. not really a bug
b. irrelevant, cause it is resolved, and going to go to upstream
c. a mistake.

an we should mark it as resolved, when:

IT HAS BEEN A BUG !
and no it is fixed ...

my opinion ...
