... would be the most similar. It makes a workflow recur with a
specified interval, e.g. 14 days, until the recurring workflow is marked
done. 
The recurring workflow creates copies of itself with deadlines following
the specified interval (The creator also specifies how much before the
deadline the workflows should be created). These copies are normal
(not-recurring) workflows, which can be completed as normal. When the
recurring workflow is marked as done it no longer copies itself.

There is currently no relation between the recurring workflow and its
copies, this would probably be desirable as a future improvement.
