[TYPO3-workflow] workflow in typo3 4.0 ?

Hi Joey,

Is this possible to do this with the workspace ?

 > User 1 creates a new element.
 > User 1 asks User 2 to proofread what he has done.
 > User 2 gives it back to User 1 if something is wrong.
 > User 2 gives it to User 3 if everything is alright.
 > User 3 publishes the element.

cause i can't find a way to switch from one workspace to another else 
than live one.
so you can't have a user 3 ... user 2 publish it directly, right ? or i 
misunderstood something ?
