t3lib_div:: is overloaded and it is a good idea to extract things to 
custom classes.

If an developer doesn't use an IDE life is hard no matter how functions 
are named and with an IDE it is easier to find related functions in 
custom classes and not just everything inside t3lib_div. so life gets 
easier for new developers and new code, don't forget those,
