[TYPO3-v4] Converting t3skin to ExtJS 4

IIRC Steffen Kamper came up with the basic skin. Lots of work has been 
done at the T3UXW09, where the skin was modified to better fit the needs.

But where he got the first file version from is unclear to me. Maybe you 
have luck and he responds to a mail.
