[TYPO3-v4] Converting t3skin to ExtJS 4

Hi,

Being in the process of converting TYPO3 BE to ExtJS 4, I would like to 
know if anyone who participated in the creation of t3skin would be 
familiar with the process of regenerating t3skin/extjs/xtheme-t3skin.css 
for use with ExtJS 4.
