The only reason I did it was because the original permalink to this
filter is:

http://bugs.typo3.org/search.php?project_id=1&status_id%5B%5D=10&status_id%5B%5D=20&status_id%5B%5D=30&status_id%5B%5D=40&status_id%5B%5D=50&sticky_issues=1&product_version=4.5.1&sortby=last_updated&dir=DESC&hide_status_id=-2

Not very comfortable to copy&paste and might get broken depending on how
it is translated by different mail clients etc.

After you hit the above link, somehow Mantis will redirect you to the
URL you mention, but with the filters "set" (product version 4.5.1 etc).
