Yes, I agree, it should be complete and mentioned everywhere, if relevant.

My question was just about how to "do it": Maybe it is easier to simply
add it *everywhere* first and then strip out the exceptions, because
there are just some left.

But I think Joey has done some thoughts about it, and thus I would like
to hear his opinion. :)
