[TYPO3-v4] Houston: stdWrap was forgotten in GIFBUILDER

As a "user", I really prefer having the ",stdWrap" everywhere in TSRef 
instead of having, somewhere in the "global" space an information that 
it is supported everywhere. This is much more clear (but more work I agree).
