AFAIK this is not easily possible, because of the newsgroup/mailing list 
synchronization.
But I would love to delete posts too.

The server team wants to create a infrastructure wide script to delete 
content of spam accounts. There are just too many places where people can 
post spam.

Will ask about this too. But there is not much you can do besides banning 
users.
