[TYPO3-mvc] querySettings setRespectSysLanguage or setSysLanguageUid does further not work in 6.2?

It would help a lot if everybody would exactly describe their use case 
for setRespectSysLanguage(FALSE) and/or setSysLanguageUid().

The more detailed the use case is described the better.

Together with the use case description there should be a document 
describing the current and expected behaviour in actual code, so that 
things can be better understood, reproduced and (automatically) tested.
