What concrete issue should this solve?
Can you give an example when exactly you get a "&cHash comparison 
failed" error?

Respecting POST arguments in cHash caclulation is not an option.
It would mean that the generated URL is invalid unless you send the 
appropriate arguments via POST. Instead you should provide these 
arguments as GET parameters in the URL.
