[TYPO3-mvc] List view and cache

Hi

How can I force a browser allways to show the newest list view after the 
records are updated by frontend create action, while list is cached in 
localconf? Does the whole list need to be build by Ajax?

TYPO3\CMS\Extbase\Service\CacheService::clearPageCache(1);
doesnt do enough.
