[TYPO3-mvc] Fatal Error Updating 4.6 to 6.2lts

I tried to update my Typo3 4.6.4 to 6.2LTS.
After uploading all contents and clearing "/typo3temp" I get this:


Fatal error: Class 'TYPO3\CMS\Extbase\Mvc\View\AbstractView' not found in typo3/sysext/install/Classes/View/FailsafeView.php on line 23

Searched hours for it now.. anyone with same issue and/or solution?
