[TYPO3-mvc] Problem with Extbase and File Upload since 6.1

Hi, 

i have in my extension a form with a file upload. The first problem was when
I submit the form that I got an error: No converter found. Then I set
setTargetTypeForSubProperty('photo', 'array'. Ok, that works. But now I got
the error:

#1247602160: Operand should contain 1 column(s): UPDATE
tx_myext_domain_model_contact SET photo=('','','','4','0') ....

What could this be. Is there a workaround for the problem or a fix?

Would be great if someone has a tip.
